Your First Minutes in TB3
THA BRONX 3 drops you into an open-world Roblox city with $1,000 — enough for basics but not for a Switch or serious bank run. Your first goal is safe learning space. Join voice-chat servers and block players until you get a private VC instance. Solo servers let you learn the map, test Controls, and loot a Trap House without instant PvP death.
Open the map and note Gunstop Black, the construction zone, and the studio robbery marker. These three landmarks anchor most early-game routes documented on our Map hub.
First Money — Skip the Mop Job
MC Bronx (McDonald's) offers a mop job paying roughly $45 per item. It is slow, glitchy, and the worst time investment in TB3. Skip it entirely. Instead, kick down a trap house door, loot interiors, and stack dirty money fast on a low-pop server. See Trap House Money for route tips.
For stable long-term income, switch to the Construction Job. You start at level 1 placing blocks; at level 12 each block pays about $1,200 with cooldown between full placement sets. This is the backbone grind most tier lists rank S-tier for beginners.
First Gear Purchases
Buy the **Drake bag ($700)** from the unmarked backpack shop near the trap house — look up and around the area. Extra inventory matters once you carry a Glock 17 and robbery tools. Our Backpacks page compares loadout value.
At Gunstop, the **High Point ($2,000)** and **Glock 17 ($3,500)** offer the best ammo-per-dollar for starters. Redeem code **5k1ll_Tr33** on Active Codes for 2 Skill Points before investing in combat stats.
Survival Stats
Hunger and energy bars affect sprinting and combat. Do not buy overpriced wings or pizza — cook raw steak or chicken ($10) on a BBQ grill for efficient fill. Sleep, coffee, lemonade, or character reset restore energy. Full details in Manage Stats.
What to Do After Hour One
Once you have a vehicle (start with a cheap van from the hill dealership), chain construction sessions with Studio Robbery tiers during cooldowns. Save for C4 and a duffle bag before attempting Bank Robbery. Read Tips & Tricks for safes, clean money, and ski mask requirements.
